We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Petsly account and what happens to your data when you do.
Launch the Petsly mobile application on your device and sign in to your account.
Go to your profile by tapping your profile icon, then select "Settings" or "Account Settings" from the menu.
Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion" option. This is typically located at the bottom of the settings page.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your account deletion. You may be asked to enter your password or provide additional verification.
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us at support@petsly.pet with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your account email address.
Most of your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your account deletion request. However, certain data may be retained for longer periods as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
